Associates and their clients in June 2010, Catherine presented on her experiences of life in a boardroom, the challenges for businesses over the next 12-24 months and what “is the new normal.”
Before joining the board of Coca - Cola Amatil, Catherine was the Managing Director of the global equity markets firms ABN AMRO Rothschild. As head of ABN AMRO’s mergers and acquisitions team, she oversaw more that $250 billion of corporate restructurings, takeovers, capital raising, capital structuring, privatisations and divestments and acquisitions.
Catherine now serves of the Takeovers Panel, the governments peer review body that resolves takeover bid disputes, and brings her legal and financial skills to the Boards of a number of leading public companies and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra.
