Our learning programs contribute to building the vision, skill and understanding that our clients require of us today and into the future.
We develop our whole firm through a range of programs that develop our capabilities including legal excellence and client engagement. We provide our junior lawyers with solid legal skills learnt on the job (70%), through coaching and mentoring (20%) and formal learning and practice team CLEs (10%). Our learning is based on our career framework from graduates, to solicitors, senior associates and partners. We also have development for our shared services and support staff.
