We have advised the Australian private equity industry since its inception and remain at the forefront of this growing and maturing market. Our Hong Kong lawyers, with support from our Australian based team, undertake work for the firm’s global private equity clients in Asia.
Over the past 18 months, our private equity team has been involved in most of the large and most complex deals across Asia Pacific. These had an overall enterprise value of approximately A$8.1 billion. However our key focus is, the delivery of great client service, irrespective of the size of the transaction.
