Mallesons Stephen Jaques has been named Law Firm of the Year at the 2007 INSTO Distinction Awards.
INSTO’s prestigious banking and finance awards ceremony recognise leaders in the banking and finance industry. This is the fourth time that Mallesons has received this coveted award.
INSTO’s editorial analysis for Law Firm of the Year said: “2007 was an outstanding year for Mallesons Stephen Jaques with a flow of quality work in a competitive market. The firm was involved in more than 150 deals in Australia and New Zealand, a 74 per cent increase on its level of work in 2006, a growth rate far in excess of its rivals. The firm was involved in many of the most significant deals in Australia, reinforcing its position as a market leader in M&A and corporate finance.”
