Mallesons Stephen Jaques has scooped the pool at the prestigious BRW Client Choice Awards 2009, winning both the Best Large Professional Services Firm and Best Large Law Firm awards.
These latest honours mean that Mallesons has won every major client voted legal award in the marketplace over the last 12 months.
At the awards ceremony in Sydney, BRW organisers cited feedback from clients about Mallesons’ winning attributes. These included performance, accessibility, attitude and consistency of client service levels over a long period.
In accepting the two awards, Chief Executive Partner, Robert Milliner, noted: “A few years ago, Mallesons recognised excellent legal skills weren’t enough. We set ourselves a goal of creating an observable service difference for our clients, asking them what we could do better.
“These awards are gratifying because they signify that our clients believe Mallesons’ efforts to respond to client feedback are headed in the right direction.
“We deeply appreciate their vote of confidence in us,” Mr Milliner added.
Mr Milliner spoke about the importance of delivering exceptional client service in the present climate: “The client service landscape has become a lot more sophisticated over the last few years. Certainly the tough economic times in which we all find ourselves create new challenges. The best professional services firms act as trusted advisers to their clients and that’s certainly where Mallesons seeks to position itself.”
