On March 1, the combination of the firms of Mallesons Stephen Jaques and King & Wood became effective, creating one of Asia’s largest law firms: King & Wood Mallesons.
2012 also marks the 180th anniversary of the establishment of our first predecessor firm by Alfred Stone and his brother in Perth, Western Australia, and the 25th Anniversary of the merger between Mallesons and Stephen Jaques Stone James to create Australia’s first truly national firm.
