Our competition team advise on all aspects of competition law including mergers and acquisitions, ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) investigations and enforcement, competition litigation (including cartels), compliance programs, consumer protection and access to essential facilities. Clients include a range of corporate, government, and regulated entities.
Uniquely our competition lawyers have extensive experience across a range of industry sectors including media, energy, transport, financial services, agribusiness, and service industries. Key members of our team have worked at the ACCC and many have a background in applied economics.
