Life at Mallesons began for me in September 2003 when I joined the Finance department as a Credit Officer. I was at a time in my career when I needed new challenges and goals and working for a high profile law firm was where I was going to achieve this.

I had heard a lot of positive feedback about working at Mallesons as I had a friend who was part of the legal team. I can honestly say that it has lived up to my expectations and more. The firm offers staff many training sessions to help develop their technical skills. There are also many non work related seminars offered over lunch times (for example speakers from Care Australia) to choose from.

I really enjoy being part of the Working Capital team. Monthly breakfast meetings are held for all Finance staff to give everyone an opportunity to hear what is going on within other areas. On a more social side, birthdays are celebrated with a cake and monthly morning teas are also held regularly. I guess it's a good thing that Mallesons also provides us with a gym membership at the local gym!!
