I began my career with Mallesons' Sydney office in June 2003 as a Client Relationship Coordinator. Since then, I've had several career opportunities and am now responsible for Practice Development initiatives for the firm.

My role is to work closely with the firm's Managing Partners, Practice Team Leaders and Partners to build market reputation, identify new emerging markets and clients and win new business.

Having worked at other professional service organisations including the energy industry and management consulting, legal services marketing was certainly a different environment to enter. I have enjoyed getting to understand the drivers of each of the different practice areas of the business and how each of the teams operate.

What constantly impresses me about Mallesons is the level of professionalism, commitment to work, respect for each other and contribution towards the community that all staff display. I am also impressed by the firm's ability to continually innovate and proactively implement solutions that will ensure it stays relevant to all of its clients into the future.
