Recruitment Process

We recognise that gaining experience in a legal environment is an important part of the process for students undertaking a law degree.

We have a number of part-time positions available for students wishing to gain experience working in the legal industry while finishing their degree. Paralegals will work with practising lawyers across various practice groups, gain knowledge and experience across different areas of law and will have access to ongoing technical and development training.

Choosing the right candidates for paralegal positions is an important decision for us. We ideally seek to recruit law students who are in the early to mid stages of their degree who have completed a reasonable number of law subjects and can grow their experience with the firm.

Through our recruitment process, we aim to find out more about you as a person. We are proud of our diversity and the fact that success at our firm is not dictated by your former school, or a narrow set of firm-preferred extra-curricular activities.

Our centres recruit paralegals on demand in line with the needs of the business. These vacancies are advertised on our website and candidates are encouraged to apply via our online process by submitting a covering letter, CV and academic transcript.
