Recruitment Process
The Melbourne graduate recruitment process is conducted in line with the LIV guidelines. After you apply to us online we review every application carefully, before making the final selection of candidates who will be offered a graduate position.
Due to the success of our seasonal clerkship programs, we will be recruiting all of our Melbourne graduates from our seasonal clerkship pool. Mallesons will be participating in the priority pick system and all candidates who have completed a seasonal clerkship will be eligible for a priority pick offer.
Feedback and assessment will be gathered during your clerkship and candidates will be made offers on the basis of clerkship performance and application. No interviews will be required for ex-seasonal clerks.
