Our Sydney and Melbourne centres both have Graduate Secretarial Programs for business college graduates and high calibre junior secretaries who are keen to move into the legal arena. The program provides the necessary skills for entry into the legal industry which can be difficult to access without the requisite experience, and to prepare graduates for a role as a legal secretary at Mallesons.
As a graduate, you will rotate through a selection of different practice groups, gaining a wide range of experience and exposure to the many different areas of law at Mallesons. Graduates generally secure a role as a legal secretary within 12 months of their commencement.
The program will be advertised on the Mallesons’ Melbourne and Sydney opportunities page. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply using our online application system. Once applications close, applications are reviewed and shortlisted candidates participate in an interview and skills testing process. Successful candidates are offered shortly after the interview process is completed.
