We work with domestic Chinese lawyers on our clients’ litigation and dispute resolution matters in China, including arbitration before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Two of our partners are CIETAC appointed arbitrators. We also represent clients in Chinese administrative proceedings and, when appropriate, work with domestic Chinese lawyers who may appear on behalf of our clients before the courts in China.
