Overview

Our Islamic finance team has extensive international and domestic experience in advising on Islamic finance. We are experienced in various Islamic finance contracts, including Murabaha (cost-plus financing), Ijara (lease), Musharaka (partnership), Mudaraba (investment agency) and Bai Bithaman Ajil (sale and repurchase structure).

Our team has advised both Islamic and conventional financial institutions, as well as corporate and governmental bodies on a range of Islamic finance transactions, including ground breaking transactions in Asia and the Middle East and integrated financings involving both Islamic financing and conventional financing.
