RailCorp/State Rail Authority of NSW
We represented RailCorp/State Rail in the WorkCover investigation and prosecution into the Waterfall train derailment and State Rail’s successful defence of the WorkCover prosecution into a gas explosion that occurred during construction works at Kogarah railway station.
Beaconsfield Mine
We are acting for the administrators of the former operators of the Beaconsfield gold mine. Our team has been providing support for the Mine’s management team since the early days of the mine collapse.
Lurgi Constructions
We successfully represented members of the Lurgi Construction group in a prosecution commenced by WorkCover over a double fatality at a construction site.

We have prepared OHS manuals and guidelines for the executive leadership team and legal counsel, conducted safety training courses for BHPB and its contractors and assisted BHPB with safety audits of its operations.

We have assisted Telstra to develop OHS policies and provided advice on various OHS compliance issues.
Mining Companies
We have assisted several mining companies to develop OHS incident procedures and provided assistance with incident response training (including Rio Tinto).
