Alliances/sponsorships
We have advised on privacy aspects of various co-branded credit card arrangements, including Telstra/ANZ and Telstra/ANZ/Qantas and Woolworths Ezy Banking. We have also advised on sponsorship privacy and confidentiality obligations for Lion Nathan.
Telecommunications
We have advised a major telecommunications company on privacy and interception matters. This has included developing privacy protection policies, advising on privacy aspects of products and marketing and conducting privacy training.
Securitisation advices
We have been involved in reviewing various business proposals and providing advice on legal requirements and risks in relation to privacy and data security, drafting and negotiation of provisions dealing with privacy and confidentiality in securitisation programs for major financial institutions.
