Mallesons Boosts Hong Kong/Asia Practice

Mallesons Stephen Jaques is a recognised leader in Projects and Construction in Asia Pacific.

The firm is further strengthening its presence in Asia with the expansion of its Corporate, Financial Services, Projects and Telecommunication practices in Hong Kong.

This expansion is in response to increasing regional demands from clients for the provision of a full service commercial law firm capability out of Hong Kong.

Tom Lennox, Richard Mazzochi and Adrienne Showering’s presence in Hong Kong strengthens the regional team of corporate finance lawyers who excel in guiding clients through the complexities of global debt and equity structures.

Areas of practice include: syndicated loans, convertible notes, debentures, derivative products, including advising on ISDA documents, structured finance arrangements, retirement schemes, property trusts and other investment vehicles, and securities, futures and foreign exchange trading.
