Mallesons Stephen Jaques has been ranked number one for announced deals in Thomson Financial’s Australia/New Zealand M&A Legal Adviser League Tables for 2002.

During the period 1 January to 31 December 2002, the firm acted on 33 announced deals valued at US$14.82bn and 31 completed deals valued at US$12.48bn.

In the Asia Pacific Tables, the firm ranked second in the announced deals table with transactions amounting to US$15.44bn.
