 Professional Biography

 
  • Amanda Bodger is a Partner in our Melbourne office where she specialises in competition law, consumer protection and marketing law and product liability. She also heads the firm's competition team.

    Amanda acts for a number of major corporations including Telstra, National Australia Bank, Holden and Australia Post.

    She is a frequent presenter of trade practices law seminars both in-house and at external seminars, and for clients relating to developments in trade practices law (legislative and cases), compliance programs and advertising law.

    Amanda is consistently recommended as a leading Competition/Antitrust lawyer in Australia by legal surveys and directories including PLC Which Lawyer?, Chambers Global Guide and Best Lawyers International (Australia).

    Chambers Global Guide 2009 described Amanda as "a commercially focused and proficient lawyer".
