 Professional Biography

 

  • Brian Murphy is a Partner in the Sydney office of King & Wood Mallesons where he specialises in public company and trust mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings and foreign and public company corporate and securities law advice.

    Brian has been involved in the development of many listed and unlisted structured securities products and has an excellent understanding of the ASX listing and marketing process for public offers of managed funds.

    Brian also is involved in designing and implementing employee share plans for major listed and foreign companies.
