Damien is a partner in our Sydney office where he specialises in managed investments, structured financial products and financial services licensing and regulation. He has experience in the structuring and offering of exchange traded warrants, equity-linked notes, exchange traded funds, hedge funds, contracts for difference and deferred purchase agreements. This experience covers regulatory matters such as licensing, preparation of offer documents including product disclosure statements and preparation of terms and conditions. Damien has significant experience in assisting with applications for Australian financial services licences, having acted for a number of major financial services institutions.
