Glenda Hanson is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where she specialises in aspects of securities law, including managed investments, fund raising, due diligence and regulation of securities and financial products.

Her practice is currently focused on establishment, capital raising and restructuring work for listed trusts and other managed funds. Glenda has extensive experience in investment structures including stapled securities. She regularly advises financial services providers on licensing and other regulatory issues and has served on several FSC working groups.

She has been in the funds management team at Mallesons since 1996, after seven years with a small funds management business where her roles included legal and compliance manager and general manager.
