Michelle provides proactive advice to her clients in the areas of project management, dispute (litigation) and regulatory readiness. Her advice is focussed on responding quickly, complying with legal obligations and minimising business interruption for her clients.
In 1990 Michelle founded the Association of Litigation Support Managers (ALSM) and Michelle has been awarded the title of Associate Fellow (AFAIM) through the Australian Institute of Management. She has been recognised in the Global Tech Leaders Top 100 as a "world class legal tech law firm leader". In 2010 Michelle was awarded by the International Legal Technology Association Practice Management Champion. Additionally Michelle has played active roles on various drafting committees releasing e-litigation Practice Notes in various jurisdictions in Australia.
Michelle has had the honour of being the first and in most cases the only Australian to be on a Peer Group Steering Committee for the International Legal Technology Association and serves on a number of advisory boards including Law Technology News Editorial Board and the LegalTech Advisory Board. In addition Michelle is the only non-UK full member and the only resident Australian member of the UK industry body LiST.
