Mark has led our teams on a number of significant recent infrastructure transactions including acting for Sydney Water and the State of New South Wales on the successful refinancing for the $2.3 billion Sydney Desalination transaction (IPA Project of the Year 2013), a shortlisted bidder for Port Botany and Port Kembla, the Darwin Correctional Facilities PPP and Marine Supply Base Project for the Northern Territory and the financing of the successful Gold Coast Rapid Transit PPP.
