  • Stephen Minns is Chairman (Australia) of King & Wood Mallesons.

    Stephen specialises in public company acquisitions and equity issues as well as general corporate work. He brings to his corporate and commercial practice experience in investment banking in both Australia and overseas.

    He advised AXA Asia Pacific in relation to its acquisition by AMP and AXA SA (and the previous proposal by National Australia Bank and AXA SA). He also advised APA on its acquisition of Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund and BHP Billiton on the demerger of BHP Steel (now Blue Scope).

    Stephen has a global reputation as a leading Corporate, M&A and Corporate Governance lawyer.
