Employer of Choice for Women Citation (EOWA)

Mallesons has been awarded the 2008 EOWA Employer of Choice for Women citation for the second year running. EOWA is the Federal Government’s Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency, which promotes the advancement of women among employers across Australia.

The citation follows Mallesons winning the 2007 EOWA Business Achievement Award for Leading Organisation for the Advancement of Women (500+ employees) in November 2007. Mallesons was the only law firm to be nominated in any of the 8 categories and the first law firm to win this award. The firm has received an extremely positive response from our clients, staff, prospective employees and recruitment firms regarding this award.
