Professional biography
Tony Bancroft is a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques working in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Tony has very extensive experience in major corporate and commercial transactions for over 30 years. He regularly advises the boards of corporations and leads public acquisition and capital raising transactions. In these areas of practice he often works in conjunction with leading financial advisers. Tony returned to Mallesons in 2007 after spending three years as Head of M&A at Goldman Sachs JBWere.
