Professional biography
Adam Bartlett is a partner in our Canberra office working in the areas of government and commercial contracting, the energy industry and foreign investment. Adam has particular expertise in IT, outsourcing and in the drafting of specialist, plain English customer contracts.
Adam brings a wealth of experience from the high level advising he has done on a number of sensitive procurement and outsourcing projects such as securing health services for Australian detention centres, provision of search and rescue aircraft in offshore waters, development of biometric passport and the Australia presence at the 2006 and 2010 World Expos.
Adam acted for the Department of Industry, Tourism & Resources on the establishment of a series of venture capital funds for the $230 million Innovation Investment Fund Program and associated programs for renewable energy and pre-seed funds.
