Amanda Bodger is a Partner in our Melbourne office where she specialises in competition law, consumer protection and marketing law and product liability. She also heads the firm's competition team.
Amanda acts for a number of major corporations including Telstra, National Australia Bank, Holden and Australia Post.
She is a frequent presenter of trade practices law seminars both in-house and at external seminars, and for clients relating to developments in trade practices law (legislative and cases), compliance programs and advertising law.
