Anthony Borgese is a Partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialises in technology, strategic sourcing and telecommunications.
Anthony returned to the firm in 2004 having spent the previous few years working inhouse at SITA in Geneva, Switzerland. SITA is the world's leading provider of IT and telecommunications services to the Air Transport Industry.
Anthony assists his clients to prepare and negotiate all kinds of agreements involving computers and other technology, including complex system integration, development and outsourcing agreements, technology joint ventures and telecommunications agreements. Strategic sourcing (including non-IT sourcing) is also a large part of Anthony's practice.
Anthony's approach is to help his clients to standardise and simplify their agreements, so that they are not only easier to use and understand, but quicker to negotiate and implement.
The Internet has also been a major focus for Anthony, including new media agreements, online trading agreements and providing advice on all areas of Internet operations and data services.
