Andrew Gray is a Partner in the Mallesons Workplace and Employee Relations Group. Andrew specialises in all aspects of workplace relations and employment law including:
- Negotiating and drafting individual and collective employment agreements (with particular expertise in executive employment arrangements)
- Remuneration and incentive arrangements
- Employee retention arrangements
- Agreements for the protection of confidential information, intellectual property and non-compete provisions and the enforcement of these arrangements
- Managing legal risks associated with the termination of employment
- Strategic industrial relations advice
- Unfair/wrongful termination claims
- Advice and representation concerning strategies to manage and resolve industrial/employment disputes
- Employment and industrial relations issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing transactions
- Employment issues arising in insolvency situations
- Compliance with discrimination/equal opportunity laws and defending clients in the resolution of sensitive disputes in this area
- Compliance with occupational health and safety laws, assisting clients with investigations and prosecutions under OHS laws
- Workplace culture and privacy issues.
