Professional biography
Alison Lansley is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. She specialises in takeovers, large-scale corporate reconstructions, equity capital raisings, corporate governance and companies and securities law.
Alison has over 25 years' experience working on major corporate matters, initially as a regulator and then as a practitioner. She is extensively involved in all aspects of the securities markets and corporate governance in Australia, including as Chairman of the Markets Policy Group of FINSIA, a member of the Takeovers Panel and a former member of the National Listing Committee of the Australian Stock Exchange.
