Andrew Norman is a Partner in the Property, Construction and Environment practice in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He specialises in major property acquisitions and disposals and property development.
Andrew has acted for and advised a range of clients on the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of land, including dealing with a range of ancillary commercial issues. He has acted in transactions involving corporate, stamp duty, trust and taxation matters.
Andrew acted on the financing of the acquisition of the $846 million Woolworths Distribution Centre Portfolio and the sale and leaseback of $570 million Telstra commercial office portfolio.
Andrew is recommended in Real Estate by Chambers Global Guide 2009 and is described as "an enthusiastic young lawyer and a rising star within the ranks of the Mallesons property practice".
