Professional biography
Tony O'Malley is a Managing Partner, Practice, of Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
Based in Sydney, Tony is responsible for the Banking & Finance, Tax, Competition and Intellectual Property & Technology divisions of the firm. In addition, he is currently the Firm's Relationship Partner for Telstra Corporation.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Partner, Tony was a practice team leader and specialist in competition, telecommunications and general corporate law with experience in a broad range of industry sectors including telecommunications, energy, industrial, financial services and insurance.
Tony is a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council and has been an active member of the Trade Practices sub committee since 2001.
