Adrienne Showering is a Partner in the London office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. She became a partner of Mallesons (Sydney) in 1987. She practices English, Hong Kong and Australian law.
Adrienne is a corporate finance partner and a securitisation expert. She has been continuously involved in the securitisation market in Australia and the Asia Pacific since the inception of those markets and is a recognised leader in her field. Over the past 18 years she has put together a wide variety of securitisation and structured debt programs.
Adrienne has worked on the securitisation of a broad range of assets, including mortgages, leases, employee loans, rental streams, car loans, margin lending portfolios, pharmaceutical loans, corporate bonds and corporate loans.
