Professional biography
Barry Casey is a partner in our Sydney office where he specialises in construction law and related matters in property, resources and infrastructure developments.
Barry works closely with members of our property and financial services group on major developments and is familiar with the complex title and financial structures associated with those developments. He is experienced in acting for all of the key participants in the construction process and understands the available contracting techniques, including PPP / PFI.
Barry's expertise also extends to dispute resolution. He has acted on a number of significant Supreme Court matters and arbitrations and has been involved in a number of mediations and expert determinations.
