Berkeley Cox is the Partner in Charge of our Brisbane office, where he practises in all areas of banking, finance, capital markets, funds management, structured finance, securitisation and derivatives.
Berkeley acts for financiers, borrowers, issuers, managers, originators, servicers and arrangers in the Australasian, Euro and US financial markets. As well as admissions in many Australian jurisdictions, Berkeley is admitted to the New York Bar and he practises English law.
Berkeley has been nominated as a leading individual in the area of Banking & Finance: Securitisation by Chambers Global Guide 2009 and in Capital Markets - Securitisation and Structured Finance by IFLR 1000 2009.
