Caroline Coops is a partner in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where she specialises in consumer protection and advertising law, restrictive trade practices and general commercial law.
Caroline has advised clients in relation to a wide range of trade practices and competition matters, particularly anti-competitive arrangements, consumer protection provisions and advertising related issues. The latter includes reviewing advertising materials, claims and campaigns and preparing advertising guidelines.
She also has extensive experience in preparing and presenting trade practices compliance programs and seminars.
