Professional biography

David specialises in commercial property sales, acquisitions, leasing and developments, property trusts, significant infrastructure, resource and energy projects, tourist and other special facilities developments. His practice focuses primarily on Australian clients of the firm, such as GE Capital Real Estate, Australand, AMP Capital, Springfield Land Corporation and South Bank Corporation.

He has extensive experience in property related insolvency workouts and distress sales of commercial and rural property and businesses, both for receivers and managers and administrators, andhas acted for most major banks and insolvency practitioners appointed by those banks. He recently has acted in relation to the insolvency restructure of the Raptis Hilton Surfers Paradise development.
