Professional biography
David Eliakim is a partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on capital raisings, schemes of arrangement and capital reconstructions involving listed and unlisted trusts, stapled entities and hybrid vehicles.
Since 2005 David has lectured on Hybrid Securities at the University of Sydney.
