David Perks is a Partner in the M&A team in the Perth office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He specialises in energy and resources, particularly in the electricity, oil and gas and alumina industries.
David's expertise also encompasses mergers and acquisitions, new projects and joint venture structuring. He acted for CITIC Resources in the reorganisation of its coal joint venture interests.
David has also worked in corporate law, with experience in takeovers, capital raisings and business sales. He acted for Transworld Oil in the sale of offshore New Zealand oil and gas assets.
