Professional biography
Felicity Savage is partner in our Sydney office where she specialises in property development, particularly those transactions with a strong finance component. She acts for developers and financiers on the development of major commercial and residential projects.
After qualifying and practising for five years in Australia, Felicity moved to Europe, where she spent two years in the Banking division of Ashurst Morris Crisp in London and two years as senior legal counsel with Trader Media Corporation, a global media company based in Paris. During this period she handled the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing transactions and intellectual property issues. She also supervised litigation matters worldwide.
Felicity’s current practice concentrates on complex residential and commercial acquisition and development, structured title project finance, student accommodation transactions, joint venture structuring and property-related taxation and debt issues. She has also been involved in preparation and negotiation of design and construction contracts.
