Evie Bruce is a partner in our Sydney office where she specialises in mergers & acquisitions. Her experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, fundraising and private equity, in both Australia and the United States. She is a regular speaker at equity capital markets and securities law conferences and lectures postgraduate students in equity capital markets law at Monash University.
