Professional biography
Greg Golding is a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialises in the areas of contested public company takeovers, reconstructions and capital raisings. In recent years he has been involved in some of Australia's most significant mergers and acquisition transactions.
