Professional biography
Hal Bolitho is a partner in our Melbourne office where he works mainly in project and structured finance, corporate finance and privatisation. He has experience in acting for sponsors and financiers in energy, infrastructure, aircraft and shipping projects and international financing. From 1997 to 1999, he worked on secondment in the Project Finance Group in the Tokyo office of international law firm Allen & Overy.
