Professional biography
Hayden Flinn is a Partner in the Corporate practice of our Hong Kong office. He has advised on a wide variety of corporate matters in the Asia Pacific region across a range of jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the People’s Republic of China. Hayden’s practice also involves a range of dealings with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
In addition to his private practice experience, Hayden has performed a number of in-house counsel roles, including Joint General Counsel of Reach Ltd (the global connectivity joint venture between Telstra Corporation Limited and PCCW Ltd).
Hayden is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and Victoria, Australia.
