Jeff Clark is a Partner in the Melbourne office where he practises in the Banking and Finance group.
Jeff specialises in acquisition and leveraged finance, major projects including project finance and the financing of property acquisitions and developments. He also advises extensively in relation to financial restructures and workouts, general insolvency issues and securities enforcement.
Jeff has been nominated as one of the world's leading project finance lawyers by Chambers Global Guide since 2000. He is listed in the International Who's Who of Project Finance Lawyers and was named as a leading Banking lawyer in IFLR 1000 2009, as well as being recommended in the 2009 edition of the Guide to the World's Leading Banking Lawyers produced by Euromoney's Legal Media Group.
