Jonathan Hamer is a Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
His practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and finance related work including acquisitions and reconstructions, privatisations, joint ventures, corporate fund raising, management buy outs, insolvency advice and workouts.
He has experience both in banking transactions, including derivatives and project finance, gold loans and subordination, and in corporate advice, enabling him to provide strategic and structuring advice on new products and novel transactions.
