Professional biography
James Moore is a Special Counsel in the Banking and Finance team in our Sydney office.
James advises a wide range of financial and other institutions on laws affecting the financial sector and development of products, with a focus on consumer financial products (including the Consumer Credit Code), anti-money laundering, payment systems and electronic commerce, financial services regulation, banking system regulation, privacy, gaming and wagering laws, risk and compliance. His experience includes dealing with regulators, including APRA, ASIC and AUSTRAC.
James assists clients with the management of existing products, development of new products and development of channels for distribution.
