Professional biography
John Naughton is a Partner in the Banking and Finance group of the Perth office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. John's practice in banking and finance is broadly based and he has extensive experience in corporate, project and structured financing.
As part of John's practice in the financing area, he has had extensive experience in the stamp duty area, particularly in relation to the structuring of large transactions.
John has recently contributed to the Australia chapter of the publication Getting the Deal Through - Project Finance 2010.
